This kebab is so easy to make, that I think maybe I should have started my blog with this one, since it is called yummy food made easy!! This kebab is great with paratha or chappatis. In my last post you might have all seen that I wrapped a kebab in the paratha, this is the recipe! Serve with just a garden salad, and you have a low carb meal!
500 grams Ground Chicken
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Ginger, minced
2 Tbsp Onion, paste
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander, minced
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Oil (optional)
Chop and mince the onion,garlic, ginger and coriander.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients together. Make sure everything is well mixed.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Take the mixture out, and shape them into fat sausage shapes on skewers and grill for about 10 minutes.
Alternatively, to cook in the oven, line your broiler pan with foil and grease it, then place the chicken kebabs on the tray. (I made mine this way)
Broil for 10-15 minutes on each side.
Tastes good with paratha, chutney and salads!!
