This is a delicious yet very simple dish. This beef hardly takes any time to make and it goes great with steamed rice or with noodles.
Ingredients
500 grams beef (thin strips/stir fry cut)
1 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Large Onion, sliced lengthwise
1 Green Pepper, Sliced lengthwise
1 Tbsp Red chilli flakes
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 can Coconut Milk
Directions
Heat oil in a wok, and fry the beef on one side.
Then flip the beef over, and add the garlic, ginger, onion, green pepper, curry powder and chili flakes.
Stir fry, till the beef is thoroughly cooked.
Now simmer and add the coconut milk. Cook on low heat for further 10 -15 mins.
Serve over noodles with mushrooms and carrots.

Hey Yummy I am going to try this plate. What part of the beef do you recommend? This looks so easy. And lately have been trying things with coconut milk. Check out this vlog I made using coconut milk: http://savorthefood.wordpress.com/2012/12/10/mango-coconut-rice-pudding/ .
Thanks and hope to here from you about the cut of beef to use. looking forward to your future post’s.

Thanks Chef Randall, it is pretty easy! I just used beef steak strips. I just would not use any parts with bones!
