This dish has been enhanced with fenugreek (methi) which has been found to help increase libido and lessen the effect of hot flashes and mood fluctuations that are common symptoms of menopause and PMS. I made this for the first time a couple of days back, and everyone loved it. My hubby says curry always tastes a lot better the next day! Which is true, because all the spices get amalgamated, so there is a a better flavor. So easy to cook the day before, and heat it up and serve the next day. Traditionally the dish uses, cubed beef, but I used strips of stir fry beef. I used it because that is all I had in the fridge and also this cut of meat, takes less time to cook! Plus gosht, means meat so feel free to substitute any red meat!
